So as of 2/23 i had strep throat..
so i was out of school from monday to thursday..
i got up this morning and began to get ready for school.. only to be met downstairs by my puzzled mother.. i looked at her.. and she looked at me.. then she said.. kevin, you don't have school today.. and i turned around... a tear fell from my eye... and i went upstairs... and collapsed on my bed.. it was glorious....

East basketball update... tonight we played the bastard assholes of Naperville North... they are all fucking cocksuckers... score: 72-38: isn't life wonderful? Kieth Ivy came out of god damn nowhere and misses two free throws, but he then made up for his mortal follies by hitting an amazing (it really wasn't THAT amazing) three point shot. The place blew up! No one on the other team's side knew why we were cheering, but we did. The reason we were cheering was that Kieth Ivy NEVER lives up to the game he TALKS, but tonight he did. Not two minutes after that incident, Jarrel (last name forgotten) made a monumental SLAM DUNK. The first ever done by a Glenbard East player, it was something worth creaming yourself over... and a little side note.. i did.

And then there were the senior poms and cheerleaders... always a treat to see attractive young women dancing before your very eyes. Once again.. I might as well have creamed myself... maybe I did....

you know your job is next to meaningless when your project for the day is to walk around the store counting full boxes. i think im going to follow suit with one steve weirich and begin a search for a more appealing job.. as much fun as it is to do nothing most of the time.. i need something different... im now currently learning to play "Call of Ktulu" by Metallica... god bless insturmentals...

So... havn't blogged for a while... if i had the mind to, i'd blog in spanish.... im listening to some songs i randomly downloaded by the crash test dummies... probably the worst GOOD band ever... they are talented.. but they're just not GOOD. i think if your going to put a chorus on a song, with no lyrics.. just mere mouth noises (thus, Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm), you have to make it about something other than boys and girls who can't really explain anything... read the lyrics somewhere, you'll understand what i mean... although they are a good band.. they just needed work.. and i hear they have a new CD out... oh well, i bet no one that isn't related to the members of the band will buy it. (Radiohead - Electioneering) now heres some good music. Radiohead... when are these guys going to return to rock chicago once again... i want to know.. someone tell me soon... anyway.. im hoping to have a practice with my new band soon... and that will be good...
