Well, havn't blogged since i left that ridiculous link to whatever in my last entry. Today I found out that I finally have a job. I will be doing what I did over spring break, working with janitors at Madison Elementry School. I will be doing manual labor there. It will be quite nice... doing things that require little to no thinking. I start at 6:30 am, take three breaks throughout the day, and leave at 3:00 pm. $7.00 an hour, I will be a rich fucking guy. I am happy.

I have also been contracted into doing phyisical labor at Paul Sorensen's dad's new home. The inside is magnificent, the outside was a shit hole. There was this crappy fence up that made everything terrible, and behind the fence (not to mention through) was all of this crappy overgrowth that had to be cut down. Luckily I wasn't chosen to do the cutting, but I had to bundle everything up into neat little twine-tied bundles. I am angry.

On July 5th (date not final yet) I will be playing with Rich Bach, Devin Swearing-Ross, and Steve Weirich at the Rich Bach Freedom Fiesta. We will(Mike Else - You Arcade) be covering all of the hits including songs selected from the following list.

We will be putting together a jazz demo in the upcoming weeks. If you need a jazz group to entertain guests, contact me or any of these people listed in the previously stated.

I am happy again.

Which Colossal Death Robot Are You?

Well, school ends in two days, and I have one more final to take, I still have to return over the summer for drumline practice, but that is a lot of fun, so it's worth it. In other news I am in a better mood than i was at my latest post. I think i just need to sit back once in a while and just let the shit hit the fan in whatever order it wants to, instead of trying to control every part of my own live.

I am currently defending my current favorite band, Thrice, from some insane metal heads that have decided to tell me what I can listen to, but I, of course, can't tell them what to listen to. Sure, they like bands that I also like, but they need to open their minds like I needed to so long ago, when i was in my anti-punk phase. Sure, i was in denial on whether or not thrice was a punk band, of course that all changed when i saw a link to their website on that of my least favorite punk band, Avert 13, so i have had to deal with that realization, but with that, i started to slowly like certain types of punk rock, although i want to keep a limited knowledge of punk rock, and a vast knowledge of metal. oh well, im babbling.
